Dumfries Wado-Kai
Karate Club
Dumfries Wado-Kai Karate Club teaches traditional style Wado-Ryu karate. We are supported through the membership of the Scottish Karate Federation and the Scottish Karate Governing Body.
Dumfries Wado-Kai are also one of very few clubs accredited by Dumfries and Galloway Council and the Scottish Sports Council to teach at schools and participate in the active school’s program.
The club welcomes all ages from five years onward. The emphasis is for the young to have fun and the older ones to push themselves for greater fitness and improvement of technique.

6:00pm to 7:00pm (Karate Cubs – U12’s)
7:00pm to 8:30pm (Adults and Kyu Grades)
Cost – £25 per month (1 lesson free if 5 week month) or £6.50 pay as you train
Fridays (All ages)
DG1 Leisure Complex (map)
6:00pm to 7:00pm (U12’s)
7:00pm to 8:15pm (Adults and Kyu Grades)
Cost – £25 per month (1 lesson free if 5 week month) or- £6.50 pay as you train
